It's good if you have no idea what Knowledge Management is, want to grasp the basics or understand a little more about it. However, the exam isn't really very hard at all and can mostly be answered with common sense. Information can be found through reading and online searches for free.

The course itself was ok and information provided was similar to info I have found during my own research. I thought the assessment was quite pointless to be honest. Rather than asking me questions that got me to apply km principles to different scenarios and therefore testing I understood what I had learned, it was multiple choice and you had to pick the missing word from a sentence. I'm pretty sure my 12 year old could have passed 80% just guessing the most suitable word from the options. I won't be shouting too much about my certificate.
