and assistance when they are at their most vulnerable

•         Zero tolerance needs to be taken on all forms of abusedignity

•         People’s rights and privacy need to be properly respected

•         Treat each person as an individual by offering a personalised service

•         Support people with the respect you would want for yourself
or a member of your family

•         Ensure people feel able to comment on services or complain
without fear of retribution
