For most of our online courses, you are required to answer 20 randomly selected questions from each of the 6 Units.
All courses have a large question bank. The questions are randomly selected from the bank.
If you fail the End of Course Assessment, you can reattempt as many times as required (questions will be randomly selected on each attempt).
There are no additional charges when you reattempt the End of Course Assessment.
After completing the End of Course Assessment and achieving a pass mark of 80% or more, you will be able to download, save or print your CPDUK accredited certificate.
On completion of each online module or training programme, and achieving the required pass mark, you will be able to download a CPD certificate (PDF) or request a hard copy. Please note that postage and handling fees for hard copies of certificates apply.
