As employees, we all have a number of statutory duties placed upon us. These duties apply to all staff, from the Chief Executive down.

These duties mean staff need to comply with local policies and procedures, risk assessments relevant to our work, and to any instruction and training given.

We may also be required to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) appropriate to our job. This could mean occasionally having to wear gloves or aprons at work.
